Meet Our Team
Anne Kubiak, is a Registered Nurse, End of Life Doula, and Health Policy innovator who founded Full Circle – End of Life Matters. Her vision for end-of-life care encompasses championing autonomy and choice.
Anne advocates for a holistic, anxiety-reduced experience where individuals can die with dignity, supported by Full Circle’s integrative, doula-led, physician-supported model of care.
Recognising gaps in service provision, she champions Full Circle’s unique approach, ensuring each person’s physical, emotional, spiritual, and practical needs are met.
Anne aims to transform death from a source of fear into one of acceptance, compassion, and honour, empowering communities to care for their own.

Dr Clay Spencer is a Senior Medical Doctor who is also a proud member of the Full Circle team.
He has a background in psychiatry as well as medicinal cannabis, herbal medicine and is currently training as a Psychedelic Assisted Therapist.
