Anne Kubiak
FOUNDER | REGISTERED NURSE | END-OF-LIFE DOULA
Anne Kubiak is a Registered Nurse, End-of-Life Doula, and health policy professional with more than 30 years' experience across clinical care, health systems, and community-based support.
She founded Full Circle – End of Life Matters to help individuals and families navigate ageing, illness, dementia, and end of life with greater confidence, continuity, and choice.
Anne is passionate about helping people and families feel supported emotionally, practically, and spiritually, wherever they are on their journey.

Dr Clay Spencer
MEDICAL DOCTOR
Dr Clay Spencer is a Senior Medical Doctor with expertise in psychiatry, medicinal cannabis, herbal medicine, and psychedelic-assisted therapies.
As part of the Full Circle team, he supports a compassionate, person-centred approach to end-of-life care, with a focus on reducing fear and anxiety and honouring individual wishes at end of life.

Silvija Perkovic
END-OF-LIFE DOULA
Silvija Perkovic is an End-of-Life Doula, Public Health professional, and Breathwork Consultant who supports individuals and families through ageing, illness, and end-of-life transitions with compassion and care.
Through practical guidance, mindfulness, breathwork, and emotional support, she helps create calm, connection, and confidence during life's most significant moments.

Gabrielle Stokes
END-OF-LIFE DOULA
Gabrielle Stokes is an End-of-Life Doula dedicated to supporting individuals and families through serious illness, dying, and loss with compassion, clarity, and meaningful support.
She believes that when people feel informed, supported, and emotionally held, they can approach end of life with greater peace, confidence, and connection.
Our care extends beyond our core team, with additional end of life professionals and grief and bereavement psychologists available to support you and your family
Our Aim
We aim to ensure our capability of assessing the practical, emotional and medical needs and struggles of our clients and families, and find ways to care, support and guide you.
We want you to feel truly held, with your questions and concerns addressed at every point of our engagement.
Most importantly, we walk alongside you and your family with compassion and understanding, providing gentle guidance that promotes independence, choice, and control.
